I started training with Janka in 2003 after the birth of my first son.  I wanted to lose the baby weight. She helped me do just that and more. She helped me gain a love for training and challenging myself. 7 years later I still train with her and we haven't once done the same workout. Her knowledge is vast and her creativity is beyond compare. If you are looking for the top notch trainer, she is it!
